Yes but DO NOT WATCH unless you have watched the full series INCLUDING the After Story because even though a few things aren't the same, it contains a lot of spoilers. I finished Clannad and watched the film thinking it would only be about the first series and even though the After Story is GREAT it was slightly ruined because a lot of what happens in the After Story happens in the movie Personally I didn't like the movie in comparison to the TV series but it is a good move that I would still recommend.
