Well, yes and no.

Yes.

It is okay if you don't mean it. God understands. If you ask for forgiveness and mean it, He'll even make it so that He no longer remembers it! You will always remember, but He'll wipe it from His mind. :)

No.

However, if you feel that you are mad at God or that He hates you, just remember that everything happens for a reason. He has already planned it all out. He just wants to see whether you are loyal to Him or not. He's testing you. Stay with Him and you'll pass the test; just don't be mad at Him, He isn't mad at you. He loves you and will forgive you if you ask Him with an honest heart. I don't know what it is that has made you ask this, but just remember that He has everything planned out. Whatever it was that happened to you, I can tell it was bad, but whatever it was, it happened so that later in life, something good...very good will happen to you that He wants to happen to you and could not happen without this certain bad thing happening first. God never leaves us, but we do leave Him. No matter what, though, God will always give us a another chance if we want it for the right reasons and with an honest heart. Just remember, no matter what happens, you are never alone. You have your friends, your family, your church. And even if you have none of those, you still have God, and He will never leave you. Even if you leave Him, He's still willing to let you come back, but only if you are willing, too. :)
