no they leave him to die after they escape heuco mundo ichigo fight's aizen but after ichigo beat him rukia never went back for him besides ashido wants to be in heuco mundo

No. Ichigo and Rukia are friends not romantic partners. Also at this moment Kurosaki seems more into protecting them ( his friends and family) than forming romantic bonds with any of them. Also remember this is a Shonen which makes it even LESS likely.

I have to admit that she doesn't have any skills to battle, but she has great healing powers and they come in handy all the time. Even though he told ichigo that he will kill her and wont save her because it's against the law, ichigo says if he was byakuya he would fight that law. So no i dont think byakuya has ever hurt rukia
