Does rex die in the clone wars?

Well most likely not since there's supposed to be 5 seasons of Star Wars: The Clone Wars. There have been rumors that Rex was actually part of Vader storming the Jedi Temple in Revenge of the Sith, but since there hasn't been any proof so far, his fate is still unknown.

Rex's fate has not been confirmed yet, so we'll have to wait and see what happens but i read some where that because he sees Anakin go bad he dosent obey order 66 and then gets shot by Commander Cody when he refuses orders from him.(I think Cody Was trying to get Rex to kill a jedi)

actually no; rex and Cody get absorbed into the imperial army; after the end of the empire rex fights along side Luke skywalker and trains new soilders for the rebellion

in the TV series currently no, he was not in the movies because he was created after the movies by the members of Lucas Arts for the new cartoon series

Captain Rex has not died yet, (so far so good!) and we are at th 3rd, 4th, or 5th episode of season 4 so let's hope he doesn't.
