maybe in the first part she shows some feelings for neji cuz she says lee is nothing compared to lee and in episode 152 she gives him a glass of water. in the second part however she shows some feelings for LEE! tenten and him are always paired together in missions but still she might like neji cuz in shippuden in case you havnt noticed she changes her outfit to white like nejis. she might lke both boys but they dont like like her its just my opinion but the naruto series are always full of surprises! its going to be clearer in the end. (in my opinion tenten looks better with neji than lee but lee is more realistic)
