The movie The Blind Side is not historical fiction. It is a nonfiction story based on NFL football player Michael Oher.
Go to View (in the top menu bar) and choose Full Screen or click Alt + Enter.
I have searched for a full screen version of the movie since it aired in theaters. Unsuccessful. Anyone have any different outcome? Call me old fashioned, but I absolutley hate widescreen. Why wouldn't Spielberg put out both versions to appeal to the widest degree of the masses? Maybe that's one reason that this movie was such a turn off (didn/t do as well) as the other three?
Unless you alter the screen ratio, you'll have vertical bars on your screen.
No. The whole point of a letterbox is to give the illusion of wide screen. Making a letterbox full screen would definitely defeat the purpose of the effect.
