When the visible bright part of the Moon is increasing in size, the term "waxing" is used. When the visible part of the Moon is less and less illuminated each night, the term "waning" applies.

CMD digital light supplement image sensors designed for car on the development of design after, the digital light supplement and software technology, image is clear during the day, night low illumination is strong.
During summer, hot wind form the sufrace of the land move towards the higher toward the hill areas and as a result the cold wind form the hill blow downwards to occupy those empty areas which bring cold wind, thus making it cooler during summer.w
High and low tide are daily (or more than once a day) occurrences whereas the phases of the moon are connected more to Spring and Neap Tides. Both the sun and the moon have a gravitational pull on the ocean tides. When these are lined up with the Earth and we see a New or Full moon, the pull is greater and we get a Spring Tide. This causes greater differences between both high tide and low tide. When the moon is perpendicular to the "line" between the sun and the Earth, and we see a waxing or waning Quarter moon, we get a Neap Tide, the two gravitational pulls somewhat cancel each other out, and there is less extremes between the high and low tides. A Gibbous moon would occur during a regular tidal height pattern, as its pull neither strengthens nor negates the gravitational pull of the sun.
The Perseid shower will enhance the background rate of "shooting stars" all during the night of August 11-12, wherever you are. Astronomers have predicted two Perseid peaks, at about 0100 and 0530 GMT on August 12th, corresponding to 2100 and 0130 Eastern Daylight Time (Montreal, Toronto, New York, etc.). Neither of these predicted occasions is too useful anywhere in east longitude, on account of the waning gibbous moon and eventual daylight; but there should still be something to watch for at any time during the night of 11 to 12 August.
increasing! :D
Increasing.
The time period from the first quarter moon to the waxing gibbous moon is roughly one week. During this time, the illuminated portion of the moon increases until it reaches about 75% illumination at the waxing gibbous phase.
Yes, during any period of increasing or decreasing speed it is accelerating.

The waxing gibbous and waning gibbous.
There are actually eight(8), arguably nine(9) . They are;- New Moon Waxing Crescent First Quarter Waxing Gibbous Full Moon Waning Gibbous Last Quarter Waning Crescent Then, arguably nine(9) , next New Moon.
The phase that occurs between the first quarter and the full moon is the waxing gibbous phase. During this phase, the illuminated portion of the moon is increasing in size, moving towards the full moon phase.

Fiscal policy is a way in which the government can attempt to influence economic activity through spending and taxation. By either increasing spending or decreasing taxes, the government is often attempting to stimulate economic activity during times of recession. By decreasing spending or increasing taxes, the government is trying to slow down economic activity during times of inflation.
You can tell if the moon is increasing or decreasing in light by observing its shape in the sky. During a waxing moon, it will appear to be growing larger, while during a waning moon, it will appear to be shrinking. Additionally, a waxing moon will be visible in the evening, while a waning moon will be visible in the morning.
Nothing is in front of it. Rather, part of the Moon is illuminated by the Sun, and part of it is dark. It is actually possible to see the dark side, especially near new moon - in this case, the dark side receives some light from the Earth - but much less than the bright side of the Moon.
