While are worm holes theoretically allowed by Einstein's theory of general relativity, they are all very unstable and would destroy themselves very rapidly. Thus they are not expected to exist at all.
One could stabilize a worm hole in several ways, but these require either infinite amounts of energy, or material with a negative energy density. Both of which don't seem to exist.
As such, I cannot really answer your question. No worm hole has ever been discovered and their natural occurrence is highly questionable.
They might exist however at microscopic scales due to quantum effects, but since gravity has not yet been successfully merged with quantum mechanics this is just pure speculation. They would also mostly likely not be traversable by any macroscopic objects (like us).
