Yes. It's not a common occurrence nowadays, however it does still happen. The stunts performed in many circuses are quite dangerous, and the requirements for joining in the past were very lax. As the industry has grown more professional so have the requirements to join. As more training is required to join the number of injuries has drastically dropped.
You can do so by performing the same move when you do while performing special moves....

Cirque Du Soleil is a contemporary circus, meaning it leans towards more of a theatrical performance (human arts, skill and ability are the basis- and most specifically no animals are used), while Ringling Brothers B&B is more of a traditional circus that still uses animals and a "the bigger the better" get up, with lots of performers and glittery costumes.

He injured his arm in a horseback accident but it was not while he was working, it happened away from the set.
Like most performers, they probably decompress in some way, while preserving their voices for the next show.
yes the rumor has been going around for some months in our school
In California if you were actually performing work for your employer at the time you were injured it could be covered. You will need an attorney to litigate it because most carriers will initially deny the claim. It depends on the facts and witnesses.
If an employee is injured while performing work for the employer outside the workplace, then the injury should be reported.
a circus that is performed in the air force while on missions to entertain?
how will you ensure safety while performing experiment
Yes - approximately 28 performers over the years have died while on their USO tours, from plane crashes, illness, and diseases.
Join the circus. But it probably is just an infatuation.
Animals are sometimes accidentally hurt while performing, so they are put down. Some animals become to old. Some animals are trained but then they turn and are considered dangerous. I am against animals being in the circus. Them being hurt or teased for our entertainment is very wrong. They should be out free. It isn't as entertaining without them and the circus doesn't get as much money, but the lives of the animals are more important. Don't you agree? Signed: AquaMoon
They're not. A circus generally has animals, while a carnival is a smaller version without animals and more games and food.
There were many people injured while building the Chrysler Building. There were seven people killed while building the Chrysler Building..
Your employer is liable for ALL injuries that happen to employees "in the course and scope of employment". "In the course" means during the period you are clocked in and subject to the employer's direction. NOT before or after work or while away from the workplace at lunch. "In the scope" means while performing your assigned duties - not while fighting or stealing or picketing.
