There's no evidence to suggest the cast has ever been bored with voicing their characters. Considering how little time the voice actors actually work on the show, Al Jean said they work 2 days a week (maybe 3 if you include table reads), they wouldn't appear to have time to become bored. Plus, the money they are paid for working 2 days a week I'm sure alleviates any boredom that might come up.
