After thinking about it I noticed that Hannah and Skye are REALLY similar.
Do you remember at the end of the book when Clay called Skye's name? Well that was because he noticed that Skye was showing all the sign's that he had failed to notice before Hannah had committed suicide.
So basically, they both changed their appearance, and they where both thinking about committing suicide.
They also have similar personality traits. They're both secretive, determined, and just a little bit weak. And slightly shy.
