These 30-second commercials for PAM Cooking Spray starring Mary Tyler Moore was created by adverting agent CMM Advertising, Inc.

In one 30-second spot entitled "A Low-Fat Feast".

The commercial opens with Mary dressed in a blue shirt grabbing a frying pan has "PAM" written on it as Tracy Lawrence's "As Any Fool Can See" plays in the background.

As Mary says "I'm ready for you to cook A low-fat feast".

The next scene cuts to Mary holding a PAM Cooking Spray and sprays it on a pan and we cut to a shot of stove in a circle as Mary says "I used All Natural PAM Cooking Spray instead of Oil and Butter".

The next scene cuts to Mary chopping the Calamari with a cooking knife to make rings and dip in a batter to fry as Mary says "With PAM, Nothing comes between you and the taste of your food, No funny after taste can be different when you want it".

The next scene cuts to a shot of Calamari cooking when the text reads "VERSUS NATIONAL BRANDS" and cuts back to Mary cooking Calamari with a pan as Mary says "And it's the only cooking spray that's 100%. If you cut down on fat and cholesterol".

At the end of the commercial, A shot of Calamari appears with a dip, and it cuts to Mary eating Calamari as Mary says "Not on taste, With PAM, Nothing comes between You and the taste of your food". as Mary eats a calamari when the text "Nothing comes between you and the taste of your food" appears below PAM spray.

In the second 30-second spot entitled "Barbecued Ribs".

The commercial opens with Mary wearing a cowboy hat standing outside a Grill has "PAM" written on it as Ronnie Milsap's "Pure Love" plays in the background.

As Mary says "I never know barbecued ribs that I was understanding".

The next scene cuts to Mary holding a BBQ flavored PAM spray in her hand as Mary says "When I used BBQ PAM, what I think about it".

The next scene cuts to Mary spraying BBQ PAM on the ribs as Mary says "PAM looks some flavor full of things that we tell about".

The next scene cuts to Mary holding barbecued ribs in her hand as Mary says "If you talk about ribs you wanted it, than you will be loved".

At the end of the commercial, Mary is holding a PAM spray when she eats Ribs as the text "Nothing comes between you and the taste of your food" appears when Mary says "With BBQ PAM, Nothing comes between you and the taste of your food".

In the third and final 30-second spot entitled "Baked Potatoes".

The commercial opens with Mary holding Baked Potatoes with butter as Alabama's "Hanging Up My Traveling Shoes" plays in the background when the text "PAM" appears.

As Mary says "Did you notice how Baked Potatoes are made?".

The next scene cuts to Mary holding a PAM Cooking spray in her hand as Mary says "You need PAM cooking spray to put it on".

The next scene cuts to Mary spraying PAM on Baked Potatoes and a close-up of Baked Potatoes "PAM has the real thing to put on".

At the end of the commercial, Mary is eating Baked Potatoes with her fork as the text "Nothing comes between you and the taste of your food" appears when Mary says "Because with PAM, Nothing comes between you and the taste of your food".
