1. put eevee in your party
2. go to resort area and go to ribbon society
3. go on 2nd floor
4. talk to one of the people in blue
5. they will ask you if you want a massage for your eevee. say yes.
6. check you friend app. to check if eevee has two hearts. if so, put a rare candy on it.
VOILA! an espeon.
I know there are other ways, but this one is my way.
NOTE: you have to get national pokedex to get to the resort area and you need 10 ribbons on any Pokemon to get into the ribbon society. and you need to do these steps at daytime.
