Change the locks. They are an adult and you can ask them to leave. Charge them rent or if they aren't doing anything like going to school or working I would drive them to the offices of the Navy, Army or Marines and tell them they need to choose one. Don't come home until you have signed the papers.
yeaaaaaa, well that question will only make your kid hate you for the rest of his/hers life. If you want your kid to move out force them to get a job and save some money, after that tell them you will help pay for first months rent and then after that their on their own. But tell them youl always be their for them no matter what.;)
