i dont have a clue
it dont matter which state you live you can get emamcipated from your parents .i would think things over before you make your move..........dahes
Try looking into alternative education, like homeschooling and unschooling. I'm adding some related links to this page that may help. It really helps if you can get your parents to listen to you. You can get emancipated too but that's not so easy to do, and you'd need to have a reliable way to make money and take care of yourself, and you have to prove that in court. move in with a friend you dont really have to live with your parents if you dont want to.
I remember in the 70's many 'run away' fathers going to Florida to avoid paying child support, but dont remember why. Was Florida not prosecuting out of state warrants at the time for this? Can anyone help my memory? Ann jazzydame@myway.com Florida has cut funding to their child support enforcement division and also laid off a number of people as well and what was difficult is now near impossible. There is however a company that is helping people collect unpaid child support. they helped me and I am trying to tell as many people as I can. They are nationwide. The woman I worked with was April and her number is 407-616-0637. good luck to everyone.
Only the state can.
You can't, obviously.
if your under 18 and not emancipated i dont think so
Because their in florida
dont really know and dont really kare!:)
Emancipation laws vary from state to state. Some states do not even have them. And they all require parental notification. The court is not likely to grant it in this case, but they might consider allowing marriage.
I dont think you can. This depends on the laws of the country/state you live in of course. Your parents or legal guardian will allways have certain responsibility, even if you are allowed to marry, this unless the person whom you marry are emancipated. Then He/she takes over. It still vary with different laws in different states/countries.
In Florida, the minimum age to file for emancipation is 16. However, the court will decide whether granting emancipation is in the minor's best interest. Factors like financial independence and ability to make decisions will be considered.
Depends on your state. Not all states have an emancipation statute that allows minors to become emancipated. But having a job and being able to support yourself is one of the key components. Yes, but you have to be able to prove what you say. Why dont you want to be around your parents and why do you say they dont want you around? Those are the things you'll have to prove. Im sorry if this is the way your parents are, you should be loved unconditionally from your parents no matter what, they brought you in this world you didnt ask to be here and they belong helping and guiding you every day. Take a hug from me I have extra... Good luck.
