Just get married and kiss your partner, he or she will ask you if you want to have a baby, say yes and that's it. some times someone will call you an is gonna ask you if you want to adopt a baby, just say yes. you can only have one at a time.

Remember you can only marry people from the free locations.

Yes you CAN have babies in Sims bustin' out and here's how:

Make sure your Sims has a green mood if he/she does start talking to the Sim you want to kiss then compliment that same Sim when a blue smiley face appears over the Sim's head then start hugging and dancing after a heart appears over each of their heads then kiss until it asks do you want to have a baby and you can either yes or no

yes you can you kiss 3 times and you have to be on free play and another player has to be playing to so 2 player
