How can you maintain cleanliness in a society?

first we should keep our house clean and then keep our surrounding clean. people are put their wastes in out of their houses. so, mosquitoes are surrounds our house and cause chickengunia, etc.... so we should put our wastes in any dustbin in out side of their houses.for keeping the surroundings clean for which we daily have to work

Make it free for any person to rent any size of dumpster. Find ways of making it legal to burn certain types of trash under good supervision of course. make it free to take off the trash to the dump or just few penny's per bag instead of like 50 cents a bag give or take. find a way for the law to tell people that uncleanliness is unacceptable cut down on the cost's of good house hold cleaners like Lysol invisible glass and 409 and such products cut down on the cost of electricity and water so people can was their clothes and to make it easier so that they don't pile up in the house and cut down on the cost of the washers and dryers at the laundry mat so that people wont fell like they have have a car load of clothes to get theirs money worth out of one machine.

Cleanliness isn't a matter of products and things; cleanliness is a matter of diligence and effort by people. Keeping public places as clean as possible on an individual basis, a public willing to pay for what individuals can't keep clean or clean up, public education for what are or aren't good practices, and to help keep the public informed when and where specific problems need to be addressed.
