You can not unless you learn how to set up and run an emulator and then if that game will work on the emulator you might learn how to set up the PC and emulator to play that game and eventually play the game.

No the PS2 can not run the games unless they are downgraded to allow them to work on a PS2. Just like an old PC can no longer play new PC games because it no longer meets minimum requirements to run the software the PS3 games need to be downgraded to allow them to work on a PS2 and then PS2 owners complain about the games being different.

Yes! Smackdown vs Raw is out in PC . But it really very difficult to run this big game in PC.
