Bakugan traps are not designed to attack. That is why they do not have G power. Most traps contain multiple elemental symbols, Aquos, Darkus, Pyrus etc.. They allow you to change your symbol on your attacking bakugan to one of the different symbols on your trap. Also the symbol on the outside of the trap must match the symbol on your attacking Bakugan to use it in the battle. Hope this helped.
