Yes, African Americans faced all three. They faced these problems because whites knew they were different and they wanted the African Americans to know that they were different, so therefore they treated them differently. African Americans had to eat, sit, drink, learn, etc..., in different places then Whites. They had crosses burned into their lawns and their windows busted out with flamming torches.

From the day the whites landed upon this land up through today, the Indian has faced bigotry, segregation, and extreme injustice. They have been annihilated, their lands stolen as well as their children. In parts of this country, there is still a great deal of racism towards the Native American. Perhaps, now the biggest hurdle for the Native American to overcome is the stereotyping that abounds regarding their culture. The good news, however, is that more Native Americans are writing their own histories and these books are carried in major bookstores everywhere. Also, Native Americans everywhere are learning that they can control their own destinies and histories. They are using the lessons of the past to go forward in the future.

From the 1877 into the mid 1960s Jim Crow laws were implemented in the South by white people to suppress blacks of basic human rights. Jim Crow was much more than a list of laws, but a way of life. With more than 400 state laws in the South were laws that governed every aspect of blacks' life. Anti-black and racism has always been the face for Jim Crow segregating blacks from whites. . Jim Crow laws insured that whites were superior to blacks' in every human way possible, physically, spiritually and intellectually.

Did African Americans face prejudice segregation or racism or a combination of all three?

They face and create all three. Any group choosing to be a hyphenated American (as in African-American, Jewish-American, White-American) is creating and supporting prejudice, racism and segregation. Until and unless the group members choose to be simply "American", there is no chance at all for those negatives to disappear.
