Actually, he didn't. He isn't even then A person, or the murderer. They were friends with Courtney, Allison's twin, and Ali being mad that Courtney stole her life, pushed Courtney in the whole. Mona, and Ali being friends, Mona was old A, when Mona died, Allison took the job for herself, getting her sisters diary to get the girls secrets! She framed Billy.
