I believe that it stopped being shown as a show with people because the actress that plays Sabrina was fed up of being treated / acting like a little kid when she was actually quite a bit older than the actual character. P.S. This I am about 80/90% Sure about so Don't Hurt Me If I'm Wrong :)

The Sabrina girl in it got to old. You can't exatly be a teenager and play a teenager when your like 3.6. :) lol. i guess they could have gotten another person to fill her spot, but it just wouldn't be the same. besides, i don't think many people were still watching it that much before it got canceled. so they were losing money on the show.

Sabrina was beginning to feel uneasy about her Wedding because her soul stone did not fit with Aaron's. So she runs out the Church finding Harvey outside. She puts her soul stone together with Harvey's (Harvey's soul stone was giving to him by Sabrina's Cousin Amanda) and their soul stones fit! So they run off on Harvey's motorcycle. And the Spellman family secret was that "Every Member of the Spellman family has a twin," one twin is good, and the other twin is evil. Note: Only all the witch's, Sabrina's Mom and Harvey were the only people who knew Sabrina was a witch.
