when he was born
No, but Kid Flash Wally West did.
The Kid Flash(Wally West) is apart of the Teen Titans. In the comics Robin, Aqua Lad, Speedy, Kid Flash and Wonder Girl were the founders of the Teen Titans. In the Teen Titans, in one of the episodes(I think it was 'Lightspeed') Kid Flash said "Naa, I work alone these days", but that was only because he hadn't met Robin yet.
Young justice has kid flash in it
Yes. Both Kid Flash and Artemis have romantic feelings for each other :)
yep! :)
Wally West as in DC Superhero? No. He's Kid Flash, and then becomes Flash later on.
Kid Flash - Wally West
Bart Allen Was kid flash, sidekick to (Wally west) The Flash. Until Wally disapeerd during the events of infinite crisis, presumed dead Bart Allen continued the legacy of the Flash once he regained his poweres( brats powers were lost in infinite crisis)
He was Wally West, Barry Allen's nephew. He got his powers the exact same way his uncle did when lightning struck the same chemicals in his uncle's laboratory.
No, but Kid Flash Wally West did.
No, he dates Linda Park.
Unfortunately not , but he Is the main character in the Teen Titans Episode "Lightspeed" and he is a regular character on the new animated tv series Young Justice. Kid Flash in both shows is Wally West :)
The Flash in the Justice League and the Kid Flash in Teen Titans are the same person, Wally West. Wally West was one of the original founders of the Teen Titans with Robin (Dick Grayson), Aqualad (Garth), Speedy (Roy Harper), and Wondergirl (Donna Troy). As you may (or not) know Robin (as seen in the Teen Titans cartoon) was revealed to be the one and only Dick Grayson. I believe that the Kid Flash as seen in the Teen Titans was Wally because he is the same age as Dick Grayson and the other Titans. There were only two Kid Flashes: Wally West and his younger cousin Bart Allen. Bart Allen is the grandson of Wally's Aunt Isis and Uncle Barry (Flash II). Bart is a few years younger than Wally, the same age as Tim Drake/Tim Wayne (Robin III). Also, Wally was a founding member of the Teen Titans but after he became The Flash he joined the Justice League. Lastly, I have only ever seen Bart with brown hair and his famous golden eyes. The Kid Flash seen in the Teen Titans cartoons does not have such features. Besides, it is not as if the directors ever stick exactly to the comics. Any questions? Artemis did not say she said"l love Wally
There's three of them...The 1940's Flash, Jay Garrick. The silver age Flash, Barry Allen. And then Barry's nephew, Wally West who started out as Kid Flash before Barry died in the story Crisis on Infinite Earths.

The Flash can refer to a couple different people. The first is Jay Garrick, the original Flash. He gained the ability to run at superspeed through a lab accident. He appeared mostly in the Golden Age of comics (the 1930's through the early 1950's) but occasionally shows up in modern media as a retired Flash. The second is Barry Allen. He is one of the two most mainstream Flashes. Barry was a forensic scientist with a habit of running late, but one night a bolt of lightning struck a shelf of chemicals, which crashed over him, giving him superspeed. The third is Wally West, the second most mainstream Flash. He was originally Barry Allen's sidekick, Kid Flash, until Barry died. Wally is Barry's nephew, who got his powers on a visit to the police station where Barry worked when the exact same lab accident that gave Barry his powers occurred again (in some versions, Wally recreated the event himself to give him his powers).
