As she's looking at something on her labtop the coffee mug in her hand cracks a little and the vodka she poured in begins to leak into the labtop, that explodes causing a piece of glass to lodge into her throat instead of leaving the glass there, she pulls it out and begins bleeding heavily. The labtop begins to spark and the vodka bottle blows up which makes her fall, as she's reaching for a towel on the counter, she doesnt realize that its on a rack of knives which fall and stab her in the chest.
