You can briefly see alex kintner being eaten but mostly you just see a fountain of blood in the distance. The movie shows the head of Ben Gardner, wich is missing an eye (no blood is shown). You can see the shark swimming up on the fisherman in the pond, and after that you see a severed leg under water. At the end you can see quint being eaten and this is rather graphic, a lot of blood coming from quints mouth.
