How did the power rangers dino thunder get their powers?

It depends on the season.

Mighty Morphin = Zordon gave humans Power Coins - at least 6 of which were originally forged by Ninjor who gave them their new Ninja Powers in Season 3.

Zeo = Zordon and Alpha used the Zeo Crystal to give the humans new Ranger powers.

Turbo = Zordon had the Rangers create new Turbo powers.

Space = All we know is that Zordon gave Andros his Morpher and the other 4 Astro Morphers. We don't know where Zhane got his Digitizer at.

Galaxy = Damon, Kendrix, Kai, Maya and Leo got their powers due to the use of activating special enchanted weapons called the Quasar Sabers. Mike got his powers due to the use of using the destroyed Magna Defender's Sword.

Lightspeed - Mrs. Angela Fairweather-Rawlings made the Morphers.

Time Force = Unknown who made them but it's presumed that they're man-made.

Wild Force = The Tiger, Bison, Shark, Eagle and Lion Power Animals created the Morphers so they made them.

Ninja Storm = Cam made the Wind Morphers. It's presumed Sensei Omino created the Thunder Morphers but it's unknown. The Samurai Cyclone Morpher appears to be an item that was made previously but by whom is unknown.

Dino Thunder = Hayley created the Morphers.

SPD = Kat made at least the Morphers for Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Pink and Shadow.

Mystic Force = Udonna created the ones for Xander, Vida, Madison, Chip and Nick.

Operation Overdrive = Andrew made them.

Jungle Fury = Presumably RJ made the Morphers for Casey, Theo and Lily.

RPM = Dr. K made them.

Samurai = The person or object that created them isn't known however presumably a magical entity made them.

Power Rangers Dino Thunder got their powers from the Dino Gems that chose them, each represented by a specific color of either red, blue, yellow, black or white. Each of the 5 Rangers have the ability to summon their Morphers using their communicators on their wrists once the gem's power has been entered into the Morpher.

Their powers that were thought to be destroyed were either not as badly damaged as once thought or they had found some way to restore their powers. Ninjor would be able to repair any damages to the Dino Power Coins and could also recreate the destroyed Ninja Coins if he wanted to, the Turbo powers were not destroyed their connection to the grid was just disconnected as a result of Dark Specter conquering Eltar and the Ninja Storm and Dino Thunder powers were just completely drained but as was shown in "Once a Ranger" during Operation Overdrive a Ninja Storm Ranger's Power Disc or a Dino Thunder Ranger's Dino Gem can be restored to full power by a powerful warrior.
