They take all their water supplies into space with them, in special storage tanks built into the crew compartments of their spacecraft. More recently, specifically on the ISS, a urine reclamation device has been installed that provided purified drinking water.

They need to carry it with them, either in their spaceship, space station or in their space suit.

Likely, in a space suit, there is a drinking water tube with a bite valve (or something like it). They maneuver the tube to their mouth, bite on the soft valve, and get a drink of water.

When they relax their jaw, the valve closes, so there is little risk of a water leak inside the space suit.

Some spacecraft have a fuelcell, this uses oxygen gas and hydrogen gas to create electricity. A byproduct of a fuelcell is pure water, which can be utilized in many ways, including drinking if needed.
