How do i get my kids on beyond scared straight?

My daughter Myrikal has been caught shoplifting has been brought home at 5am by police for walking on the hwy. I have tried everything the police don't want to charge her because she is a straight A student and they don't want a criminal record to hinder her possibilities,but there isn't much else that can be done. I'm hoping that maybe I can get some help by either having her on the show or having a mentor talk with her. Any help would be appreciated. I have other children in the home and she is not setting a good example for her younger sister Samantha. Please help.
