Some call this function "decompiling", but that doesn't seem like a standard.
However, VirtualDub can do as you ask. It doesn't use the term decompile.
File -> Export -> Image sequence
Ffmpeg also appears to have this ability.
24x60x2 = 2880 frames 24x60x2 = 172800 frames
1 second of the movie was composed of about 24 frames and the movie was 74 minutes long. So about 106560 frames.
At 24 frames per second times 60 seconds equals 1440 frames per minute.
vestibular sense. We are actually seeing individual frames of pictures flowing by quickly, so we perceive them as "moving."
No, it has been split into two separate movies.

With this program: SC Free Video Decompiler 6.3You can find it on download.com. Its a FREE program and works well, I use it; but... theres a catch. As your downloading it requires you to download another program, called Pando, which is also FREE. Of course, I never use Pando so its a big waste of space for me. But if your willing to sacrifice some disc space for a FREE program that lets you split an entire video into individual frames then go a head.
its very simple create animations on frames and export as movie
yes it will be split into to parts
You have to trim/cut them out (Split in WMM or WLMM). Unless you are using sophisticated, expensive software to edit video with, you're not going to be able to enhance it at all. So, cut it out.You can do this frame-by-frame in both versions Windows Movie Maker and Windows Live Movie Maker. Under Video Tools/Edit, click the Split button. This will clip the audio. Make sure to delete scenes/frames that are blurry as you come upon them, or they'll still remain in your project even after splitting. Delete them as soon as you clip them away from the video.
Single bed frames can be purchased from many mattress dealers, retail stores and websites on the internet. If a mattress is purchased the frames can be free or at a reduced price.
The Split button is on the bottom right-hand side of the Preview Pane in Windows Movie Maker.
If a video collage of a video is a collection of images from another video made into a video then . . . I've never done this but I think you can do it with Microsoft Movie Maker. It should allow you to extract individual frames from a video and save them as JPEG files. After you've saved all the frames you want, start a new video in Movie Maker and import the JPEGs, adding them to the new video. When adding individual JPEGs to a video it has been my experience you must add each one several times. Otherwise they go by too quickly.
The first movie Tim Burton worked on was Disney's The fox and the hound. He was an animator and made all the individual frames. The earliest know film he made was The Island of Doctor Agor which was made in 1971.
