Lori did not die twice in Final Destination 4. She only died once.
I am not sure she did die, because at the end Wendy tried to open the doors and then the credits came. But in her premonition, yes her, Julie, and Kevin died. Julie got hit by the trains wheel. When the train tipped over Kevin fell out the window. Then when the train stopped, Wendy got hit by another train.
The Frighteners. Man sees ghost and starts to see numbers carved into people's forheads. And it ends up being Johnny counting his victims.
Pretty sure he's the guy who gets hit by the falling neon sign literally 2-3 seconds before the movie cuts to the credits.

You mean other than to show all the imaginative ways that people can be killed? The point is to say that you can't run away from your past because it will catch up to you. Everytime somebody thinks they have prevented death they have thrown of the balance of the world and that balance must be kept. You cannot run away from death because eventually we all die.
