I have a black cape I bought AFTER Halloween and laugh evilly at sporadic times, especially when plotting the government's downfall being a model citizen the government should for no reason suspect. *shifty eyes*

Villainous means to act like a villain. That is, to be evil and do bad things. It can also mean something is really hated.
Said by Hamlet in Act 1, Scene 5: "...O villain, villain, smiling, damned villain! My tables,--meet it is I set it down, That one may smile, and smile, and be a villain; At least I'm sure it may be so in Denmark..." http://www.online-literature.com/shakespeare/hamlet/6/
Yes but not as the main villain. Electro is the main antagonist. Goblin shows up at the very end of Act III after the fight & defeat of Electro.

Yes, it is possible for one villain to kill off another villain, especially if they have conflicting goals or interests. This scenario of one villain eliminating competition or perceived threats is a common trope in many stories and can add tension and complexity to the plot.

Mabelle looks like the villain in that movie.
This line, in Act 3 Scene 5 is Juliet's comment on her mother's line "That same villain Romeo". Juliet's aside shows that as far as she's concerned, Romeo is many miles from being a villain. Which we already knew, of course.

People usually do not set out to be evil- they just act that way because they think what they are doing is right. Evil people are just ones who make bad choices. Often- they are powerful people who start to think that they can do whatever they like because of that power. That sort of thinking is "the road to evil".
Louis Riel was a hero, not a villain.
