Generally you wouldn't. Tom and Jerry are owned by Time Warner and only they have the legal right to animate the characters or allow others to do so on their behalf. Even so, they wouldn't use C programming to do so, they'd use animation software, as would anyone producing animations of any kind. The software may well be written in C/C++, but this is not the same as animating in C/C++. At the core of all animation software is a 2D or 3D engine that provides the basics of animation; multi-level 2D backgrounds and foregrounds or a 3D virtual world -- the "stage" within which to animate the "actors", which are modelled separately and composited within the "stage", along with "props". The output of all animation software is a movie file (AVI, MPEG, etc) in standard or high definition, or a series of still images (BMP, etc) that can be replayed as a movie.
No, I don't think there will be more new episodes of Tom and Jerry. However Tom and Jerry is an old show, so there will be just the same old Tom and Jerry shorts on television. They played Tom and Jerry on Cartoon Network to get more people to like that show again and however it's still getting played, lots people like Tom and Jerry, it looks like no that many of the Tom and Jerry fans don't care about the same old episodes of this show.
It doesn't stand for anything. The 'C' language was developed as an improvement over its predecessor, which was called 'B'. (I'm not joking). The predecessor of 'B' was called 'BCPL', which was an initialism for "Basic Combined Programming Language". The ancestor of BCPL was CPL, and CPL was a descendant of ALGOL.

C - programming language - was created in 1972.
In C programming, C compiler is user to translate C source into C object module.
C language is better for hardware programming .Most of the programming for hardware are written in C language so it is beneficial for hardware programming is not efficient for application programming due to drawback like in C data moves around the system.
C++ is the name of a programming language.
You can find C programming tutorials online at the C programming website. They provide both free and paid tutorials for many aspects of the C and C++ code.
