So basically, try to build some body up. Run on the treadmill, or buy an exercise machine. Also, make sure your social, hunger, hygiene, energy and bladder are filled all the way to the top. It is extremely hard, I have been trying to do this for the past two hours and now I got demoted to a recruit again. Good luck!
