Use the Force to throw the land mines laid by the droids then attack him while he's down. Then use the Force to redirect his missiles and to throw the floating crates at him and attack him when he's down. Force throw the crates again until he's defeated.

First, the correct spelling is "Kul Teska." And second, there are 2 levels on the game in which you have to defeat him. In the first one, you are playing as either Obi-Wan or Plo Koon and you have to Force-push objects towards him. If you get him knocked towards the ground, you have to try and get rid of as much of his health as you can with your lightsaber before he gets back onto his feet. The second time, you first play as Anakin or Ahsoka and have to Force-push objects towards him as well. And just as the first level, once he hits the ground, you try to get rid of as much of his life as you can with your lightsaber. But then after a while, in the storyline, Anakin and Ahsoka are incapacitated from the fight and then the playable roles are taken over by Rex and another clone named Boomer. You constantly shoot at him until all his health is gone. Hope this helps.
