Actually, if you don't have the basics of Biology you won't understand that....so here goes:

under the skin there is a lot of blood vessels; the capillaries...they're really small.... and when they dilate, that is they widen [ this is called vasodilation ], more blood can get in between the walls of the vessels, therefore you appear much redder and you feel hot also...because blood carries heat...

so that's how someone blush....in a biologic answer! :)
