Talk to them, listen to what they say its interesting. Soon you will have to battle them, There are 5 kimono girls, I dont remember which levels but you have to battle the evolutions of eevee. They each have one and once you battle at first you cant stop. After you deafeat them, the little sister will come in. After they talk, go to the top of the bell tower with the rainbow wing you got when you helped the directer at goldenrod city. The rest you can do yourself :)
