you need to all ready beat the champion then go to the Pokemon league once u have seen all the Pokemon and have the national dex u have to help some one through stark mountain... then she will leave and u have 2 go to her house and talk 2 her... then go back to stark mountain and go in to the end... there will be hetran and u can battle him!
