If you go in the cave in route 214 a guy will challenge you to a race (Well it's not really a race you can do it when ever you want) He will tell you to get the Unowns..
So you have to go the cave in Solaceon town and and catch all the unown Pokemon (A to Z).. It's not very hard you can catch almost everyone in one of the deadend rooms. The ones you cant catch in the deadend rooms are F, R, I, E, N & D. Those each have their own rooms (The navigation rooms)
Make sure you write down which one's you've caught.. Other wise it could get reaallly confusing. (I used a picture of all the Unown and crossed them off in paint)
After you're done (It took me just an hour) go back to roue 214 the guy would be finished digging his tunnel.. In the cave you can get Hippopotas.
Bonus: In the room at the end of the tunnel you can get the "!" & "?" Unowns there's also a sweet surprise at the end ;) (don't get too excited.. lol)

∙ 14y agoto get hippopotas (my favorite by the way) you talk to a kid in the haruba village and he will say there is a tumbleweed on the nose of the hippodon on the temple, accept the quest then go through the temple till you get to the top of the head of the hippowdon and you will get the hippopotas
