in Pokemon emerald you need to defeat the Pokemon league 4 times then go to the house next to the 3rd gym building witch is on the right. then speak to the person in there. then you will obtain an egg.
you will have to hatch it in litteroot town where you live if you don't it will hatch into a gibble.

∙ 12y agowhat you need to do to get jarachi in Pokemon diamond is first go to iron island,then on the right side of the cave[go down there] then do 100 battles after the 100 battles you might see a poke'ball there walk up to it then press [A],and the a battle will start!
i saw this on my friend's game she did it without an action replay!{hope it works]
