∙ 10y agoYou catch moltres by going in MT.Silver, when you enter, go left, & use surf then, go straight, I think there is a waterfall, if not, then there should be a place to use rockclimb. Either way, when you get to the top, there should be a little cave in there, go in the cave, & go down the steep stone wall thing, your level 50 Moltres should be waiting for you.
to catch it first get its hp down then just throw dusk/ultra balls at it till you catch it
Moltres is found in Mt.Silver (west of the Pokemon league) after obtaining all 16 badges in the game. You will Find moltres at level 40. It is a fire-flying type, so bring a strong water type. To catch it, take it down to red health, and then use a dusk ball. It should only take a few tries until you catch it.

Go into Mount Silver then explore until you find a Waterfall then use the move "Waterfall" climb up and there's a passage way go through it and youll find Moltres. Fight it or catch it with a Master Ball. if u dont have one though save before u fight trust me im so serious it is major stuborn

its in mt. silver after you beat the elite 4 and 8 gyms. You have to use surf, find a place to rock climb then go into the entrance and you will see moltres
