go to the cargo cart and when you get to the top, team magma will be around and you will have to fight some grunts and their leader. once you beat them, a path is unlocked next to the lady who will sell you cookies. walk around in the grass there and you can find a spoink. there hard to find though so you might be looking for a while but i found mine quickly.

∙ 12y agoSpoink is a swarming Pokémon, that means you have to be lucky. Every day there is a 'swarming' Pokémon, and this Pokémon will appear very often on one spot. To check which Pokémon is 'swarming', talk to dawn's/lucas' sister (in Sandgem Town, when you enter the town from the west go down and then it's the right house). You can also check tv's to hear about swarming Pokémon. I think this whole swarming thing only occurs after obtaining the National Pokédex, but I'm not sure.

∙ 13y agoYou have to listen to the Pokemon Radio (Hoenn Sound) on a Wednesday and Spoink should show up in Ilex Forest and Viridian Forest.
