Technically it's not possible. A PS3 is only a game console and game consoles does not accept web cams. Sure an Xbox has a kinect, but it doesn't accept a webcam, just the kinect. Sorry but it doesn't work that way, it only works on laptops, net books, and desktop computers, nothing else.
