Erm, do u mean the grunts, the commanders or the boss? If its the grunts, u should train more cus the grunts shouldn't prove much of a difficulty at all. If its the commanders or the boss, try to have the upper hand in terms of type compatibility. For example, fighting types against purugly, ground types against skuntank, flying or psychic types against toxicroak, electric types against crobat ang gyarados etc.
