You cannot 'develop' a passion for work.

Each and every person has what you could call a 'vocation', which, one only needs to find. Some people may never have a passion for their profession, and only do it out of necessity.

It helps to orient your hobbies towards a suitable profession like someone that loves music, would go into sound engineering, or music production. Because if you are good at what you do, that's another reason to like it...

Unfortunately, most people in the business world, regardless of the profession, do not 'actually' love their profession, they just mostly 'love' the salary that comes with it.
