hmmm have you installed all software re. to your pod you can send files via a usb wire to the pod, by using wmedia player or similar. read the instr. manual of the pod to see desc. procedure or search web. If you have "windows" you might have a media player which you would download the songs to the computer then transfer the songs off the computer by hooking your iPod to the computer with a USB cable
