For Eevee to evolve into Leafeon take it to the Eterna Forest and have it gain a level near the moss rock.
For a Glaceon look at Route 217 near Snowpoint City with your Eevee until you find an ice rock and level it up at the ice rock.leafeon:level near moss rock in eterna forest

For leafeon and glaceon you cant use rare candies they wont workGive it either a Fire, Lightning, or Water-stone. It'll evolve into a Flareon, Jolteon, or Vaporean, respectively.
Choose carefully though, it'll only evolve once.

∙ 11y agoby using one of the stones ( fire,water, or the thunder.) or getting it to really like u then evolving it at night to get umbreon or in the day to get espeon. .hatching a new eevee is faster if u have a female eevee as the mother. then it should evolve around level 30,

∙ 13y agoIf you want a Vaporeon, use a water stone. A thunderstone gets you a Jolteon and a firestone gets you a Flareon.
If you want an Espeon or Umbreon you must level up Eevee until it likes you (rare candies help). For an Espeon it must evolve in the day while a nighttime evolution gets you an Umbreon.

It depends when eevee will evolve. Eevee can evolve at any level if you use one of the stones (fire, water and thunder) or, you have to use eevee in battles so it becomes freindlier (use soothe bell as it will help it work faster). My guess that eevee will evolve around 35-50.
