well you have to make it like you so try not to make it faint or feeding it herbs, walk lots with it and feed it zinc, carbos ext. and hopefully when you level it up it will evolve ( mine evolved at lv 33)

You have to raise it in happiness (it needs a base happiness value of 140) you can raise the happiness by feeding it's favorite poffin or train it till it likes you. Use your poktech app friendship checker or the lady in Pokemon fan club(hearthome city)or Mr.footsteps. You can also train it with soothe bell(it increases happiness rating).

Buneary evolves when it reaches max friendship. Friendship is earned when the player battles with the Pokemon, gives the Pokemon items like Protein but not items that are bitter like Energy Powder, massages the Pokemon, and walks with the Pokemon. You can also increase happiness by having the Pokemon hold the item Soothe Bell as well as feed the Pokemon Berries that increase happiness. There is also an O-Power called Befriending Power which while active can increase the happiness of the Pokemon faster during battles.
