How do you evolve nidorino on Pokemon pearl?

To get a nidorino u need to lvl nidoran male to 16 and to get a nidoking u need to use a moon stone and its the same wiv the female except it isn't nidorino and nidoking its nidorina and nidoqueen. lol :P

You cannot evolve a Nidoran Male if its level is at Level 100 however if it's any level before that then you can evolve it into a Nidorino regardless of its level until it hits Level 100.
