How do you evolve quilava in Pokemon Colosseum?

You can find them by fishing them up on Routes 12 and 32. You're probably going to need a Good/Super Rod. I'd suggest Super Rod, because you have a little better chance at fishing one up. It's got a really low encounter rate, so you have to be persistent.

You level him up to 36 to Typhlosion but wat i did was i put him on day care until hes level 35 then i take him out and just train him :) hope this helps!

first you make sure you have surf or an old rod a good rod or a super rod then you use one of them and then when you see a quilfish you fight it then throw either a poke ball great ball lure ball friend ball ultra ball quick ball or if your stupid enough to do this throw a master ball then if you catch it name whatever you want then if you have a ditto and you want another quilfish get the ditto and the quilfish in your party and go to the daycare center an tell the daycare lady you want to put two Pokemon in the daycare when she asks you what Pokemon to put in the daycare choose ditto and quilfish then wait awhile then come back and should of had an egg now keep the egg in your party because it will never hatch in your PC box so walk around with it in your party and in a pretty long time from then it should just hatch then you should put that in the daycare center if you want to so it can grow faster but if you want it to evolve you should raise it yourself and it might evolve at level 17 or 18 i hope this helps you alot =)
