How do you find Mesprit in platinum?

You find him like Azelf and Uxie, at their cave except Mesprit will disappear when you talk to him/her(which ever gender you prefer).So don't bother saving your game. To battle him just look at your town map and Mesprit's face will be somewhere. But you should walk there be if you fly his location will change.I found him looking for a different Pokemon find the easiest way is to just look for different Pokemon and hope to find him/her (which ever gender you prefer) randomly.

If you already saw Mesprit in the cavern then after it runs away look on you pokewatch for the map then it will blink a little creature thing somewhere on this map go to its location hope to find it in the grass NOTE: it will change places if you change routes

Mesprit is in Lake Verity's cavern. But when you walk up to it and press a it shows you its picture (for your pokedex and so you can trade something for one) it disappears then it appears on the marking map on you poketch Each time you find it it will run away so get a fast Pokemon that knows mean look or a Pokemon that knows shadow tag.
